How can I help?

First and foremost, I focus on you as a human being, not a human “doing.” We often define ourselves by the roles we undertake and when we get overwhelmed, we compartmentalise anxious thoughts into areas of our life e.g., work, home, family. This might work short-term, but suppressing emotions isn’t a long-term solution. Avoiding issues in one area of your life can strain other areas too including relationships with others.

Using a combination of proven therapies I work holistically with clients to address common issues, such as:

  • Stress, Anxiety, Worry and Panic Attacks
  • Social Anxiety and Confidence
  • Emotional Flashbacks/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Fears & Phobias
  • Habit Reversal
  • Public Speaking
  • Feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem and confidence through Confidence Coaching, Resilience Building and Assertiveness Training
  • Emotional support through life transitions

These are just some examples. I also teach mindfulness and relaxation techniques to clients during therapy.

How I work

I work from your comfort zone. This can mean working purely with thoughts and feelings in talking sessions to working with imagination, role play, resilience building, relaxation and hypnosis to create powerful behavioural change.

As someone who has dedicated my entire professional life to supporting others, I am genuinely passionate about helping people achieve positive transformations and become the best versions of themselves. From my own experience of overcoming adversity, I firmly believe that therapy holds the key to unlocking these improvements.
